Data Deletion Instructions

You can disconnect Meta, remove Lead Mingle from Facebook, or ask us to delete your account and data at any time. Here's how.
1. Disconnect Meta in Lead Mingle
- Log in at app.leadmingle.com/login.
- Go to Settings.
- Select Disconnect next to your Meta connection and confirm.
Your Meta access token is deleted immediately, and Lead Mingle stops syncing your ad accounts. Synced ad data is deleted within 30 days. Your Lead Mingle login stays active so you can reconnect later. To delete the account itself, see section 3.
2. Remove Lead Mingle from your Facebook settings
You can also revoke access from Facebook without logging in to Lead Mingle:
- Open Facebook and go to your profile menu.
- Select Settings & privacy → Settings.
- Open Business integrations.
- Find Lead Mingle, select it and choose Remove.
This immediately stops Lead Mingle from reading your ad data. When you remove the integration, Meta may also send us a data deletion request on your behalf (see section 6).
3. Request full account deletion
To delete your Lead Mingle account and all associated data, email contact@leadmingle.com from the email address linked to your account, with the subject line "Account deletion request". If you write from a different address, we may ask you to verify that you own the account before we act.
We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours and confirm by email once the deletion is complete.
4. What gets deleted
- your Meta access token;
- your Meta user ID and name, and the list of ad accounts you can access;
- all synced ad performance data for your ad accounts;
- client names, industries, monthly budgets and other settings you entered;
- for full account deletion, your account details (name, email address and login credentials).
We may keep a minimal record, such as the fact that a deletion request was completed and its confirmation code, where the law requires it or to show that we complied.

6. Deletion requests sent by Meta
When you remove Lead Mingle from your Facebook settings and ask for your data to be deleted, Meta sends us a deletion request. We process it on the same timelines as above, and Meta shows you a confirmation code together with a link to a status page.
